Terry is the founder of  "Terry Hill Realty."  Terry holds licenses in real estate from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.  Terry has also been a broker for the South Carolina Real Estate Commission and a loan officer license from the North Carolina Banking Commission.

Terry has a long history of serving the public in the real estate market starting in 1993.  He worked as a salesman in 1993 and opened his own company called Buyers' Choice Realty in 1994.  Terry served the citizens of Thomasville and surrounding areas as a dedicated president to the Thomasville Board of Realtors in 1997 and 1999.  Terry also served the Triad Multiple List Service for several years as director.  At that time the Triad Multiple Listing Service was the combination of the Winston Salem, Greensboro, High Point and Thomasville boards of Realtors.  Terry served as a director on the North Carolina State Board of Realtors for several years.  

Terry and his wife Mary graduated from High Point University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and concentrations in Computer Information Systems in May 2002 with magna cum laude.  Terry will graduate from Gardner-Webb University in May 2007 with a Masters in Business Administration.  Terry graduated from the North Carolina Realtor Institute in November of 1996.  In 2005, he finished the education requirements, passing his state exam and all of the FBI and SBI background requirements to received his North Carolina Loan Officer's license.  

Terry's teaching career began in the mid 1990s as a substitute teacher for the Davidson County School System.  He  has held the follow positions: Educational Technology Specialist and Webmaster for East Davidson High School., Con. Ed. instructor for Guilford Technological Community College,.North Carolina Real Estate License course,  adjunct professor  at High Point University.
